Delivery, Returns & Cancellations

 

How long will my order take?

All handmade items are made to order and can take up to 14 working days to be handmade and dispatched to you (non-working days are Saturdays, Sundays & UK bank holidays). Any Lounge items, Bluebell, Clover, Thea and Ivy are ready to ship and will be dispatched to you within 1-3 working days. Please note, if you order any lounge items alongside any handmade items, the working 14 working day dispatch will apply and the items will be sent together once your handmade items are ready.

If you do need an order by a certain date, please let me know before placing your order or as soon as possible and I will try my best to get it made and to you in time.

All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail first class signed for or royal mail 48 hour. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email to let you know it’s on the way to you.

Do you ship internationally?

I do ship internationally; all international orders are posted via Royal Mail tracked. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email with your orders tracking information so you can track it on its way to you. If you cannot find your dispatch email, please check your emails spam account.

Please keep an eye on your order tracking, if you miss the first delivery attempt, please arrange a redelivery or collection from your local depot. If an item is uncalled for and sent back, you will be required to repay the postage amount.

Lucy Amber Lingerie is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur on international orders, please check your countries customs rules before ordering.

Is the packaging discrete?

All orders are always sent in discrete packaging so no one can tell what is inside from the parcel.

Do you accept returns?

Custom sized items cannot be returned as they are made to fit your specific measurements. Sale items and Hollywood robes are also not eligible for returns.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons of my customers certain items cannot be returned including:

  • Any lingerie items.
  • Bodysuits
  • Babydoll sets.

Any items that are eligible for return must be returned within 14 days of being received, items must be unworn, in their original condition with tags still attached. If items have been worn or damaged in any way, then the order cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The original postage price will not be included in the refund amount. To return an item please email lucy@lucyamberlingerie with your order number or use the contact us form. I do not offer free returns currently.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed, unless it has already been dispatched. After this time, it will have been put into production and can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation please email lucy@lucyamberlingerie with your order number or use the contact-us form, if your order is eligible your order will then be cancelled and you will receive a refund, however the payment transaction fee will not be refunded to you. I can provide proof of this amount if requested.
