Delivery, Returns and Cancellation
Orders placed on or after the 15th of April -
As I hand make all items to order, orders placed from now can take up to 14 working days to be handmade and dispatched to you (non working days Sat, Sun & bank holidays).
Please let me know before you order if you need your order by a certain date and I will see what I can do.
UK orders are posted Royal mail first class signed for, packages will need to be signed for on delivery. Please let me know before you order if you would like your item to be tracked, for tracked postage the postage charge will be increased.
All international orders will be posted Royal Mail tracked, this is included in the international postage price. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email with your orders tracking information so you can track it on it’s way to you.
Lucy Amber Lingerie is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur on international orders.
No returns policy on any sale items.
There is a no returns policy on all lingerie and bodysuits due to hygiene reasons.
Robes and nightwear can be returned if they do not fit with the exception of the Hollywood robes.
Padded and underwired bras can be exchanged for a different size.
These items must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the items, the items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached, if the items have been worn or damaged in any way then the purchase can not be refunded or exchanged. The price of the items, not including the original postage price, will be refunded. Buyer pays return postage.
Custom sized items can not be returned as they are made to your specific measurements.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed due to the fact it may have been put into production.
If you cancel an order the payment transaction fee will not be refunded to you.
